HMRC have changed when PAYE information must be submitted

Previously, HMRC allowed employers of 9 people or less to submit PAYE reports ‘on or before’ the last payday in the tax month.

From April 2016, this is no longer the case. PAYE reports must now be made ‘on or before’ your employees’ payday.
